Definitely replace those front rollers with a cradle/bunk of some sort if you want those hulls to last. The bunks can be as simple as a 12" long piece of 2"x8" lumber with thick foam/carpet for padding and which sits on top of the roller and is tied in place so it doesn't slip out. Doesn't need to be fancy, but you definitely want to spread out the load so the roller doesn't punch through the hull.
