I am wondering if Hobie Hotline is available as a paper magazine which I can subscribe to and receive by mail? I found electronic issues, current and a dozen back issues, but no way to subscribe to anything, electronic or paper.

Yes it is published as a full color paper magazine. To subscribe you join the Hobie Class Association.
