There are hollow fiberglass structures that support the wing tubes inside the hull . You can see one of them in the photo below, taken through a deck access port.
You probably had a hole in the bottom of the wing tube that allowed water into the support structure. I don't believe there are any drains for those.
If the hole is still in the bottom of the wing tube, you can turn the hull upside down and let it drip out, or go through the deck (access port) and drill a small drain hole in the bottom of the support, being careful not to drill through the hull.
This is another reason to be religious about not letting water sit in the wing sockets over winter.
