So I have made the adjustment to my rudders and another questions has come up. When the rudders are all the way down I am finding that the upper and lower rudder castings are rubbing against each other, so much so that the castings are getting grooved and eating away at each other. Is this normal?

The upper casting hole is too low. They should just about touch, but if they are grinding on each other, an adjustment in the hole height should fix it.
