Hello,
I´ve been at Lac Du Der in France for saison Opening. Two great days with much fun!
Bad Luck: My Tramp broke on the second day. It´s an old tramp, so I don´t want to repair it at all.
So I will need a new one. My Question:
Should I prefer a Mesh or an original tramp?
Wht are the pro and cons about these tramps?
By the way: I´m no racer so it doesn´t matter if a tramp is classlegal or not.

Have a nice day!

solid vinyl will stop spray coming up, keep you a bit dryer if the water is cold.

but solid will catch more air too... both while flying a hull... and when on the side trying to right it.

mesh gets more wet, but catch less wind....

personal preference.

Cheers from across the pond!
