I have an older Hobie 14. It is in decent shape but could use a good cleaning. Any thoughts out there on how to restore it to its original luster. The trampoline is tight but is faded and moldy. What is the best product to use? Can I use boat wax on the hulls? Ropes are in okay condition but stiff.

any suggestions?

Thanks

The old Mud

If you read through the topics in here and the H16 forum you will come across how to fix just about anything.
It’s a nice problem to have (at least you have a boat) I’ve been trolling all the regular sites looking at used boats nothing yet…

The 91 H14T in the for sale section looks good, other than its 2000 miles from where I am.

for the tramp, i used some of that tramp cleaner from the hobie catalog and i have also used boat wax on the hulls to make them shine more.
