The place to go for updates etc...is www.hobiecatdivision7.org go to the forum icon and you'll see the 14NAs button. Good place get information and ask questions.

FYI: I reserved 15 rooms at the Best Western in Clear Lake, just tell them you're with the Hobie 14 group @ $69 room. 641-357-5253
The forum would be a good place for finding roomates if needed.

On line registration will be available at www.hobiecatdivision7.org in a week or so for those of you who like to get this stuff done waaay ahead of time.

www.clearlakeiowa.com
is the website for our fair city. You'll notice an exciting lecture series on the Sat morning of the regatta on decorating gourds. I am sure you won't want to miss that. :?

(Gourds

Betty Jacobson and Mary Davis will help participants make a decorative gourd to take home. 9:00-11:00 am. Fee is $20 for Central Gardens Members or $23 for non-members. All proceeds donated to Central Gardens. Limited class size, call Sue Keefe at the number listed above to register.)

Do you think racing can be delayed so I can make an outrageous gourd????

As luck would have it, the Lakeview Room is right next to the Yacht Club, so I don't see any reason you won't be able to make the class. If the first gun is at 11am, that will give the rest of us the needed head start we are hoping for!

Ok my number is 1523, I guess I start last. Looking forward to September.

You guys that are whining about drifters should have come to Delaware.

I am planning on double stacking with Mark Amico but if somone needs a boat taken out and their boat isn't glued I could tuck the hulls under the top boat. Let me know.

cheers
Bill

Funny thing; I dialed it twice to make sure I didn't screw up the number! I used the 614 number in an earlier post. What a riot!!!
