Post subject:  Plastic jib guide

I noticed I have a broken jib guide, the part that slides up the forestay. I have not been able to locate them in the Hobie catalog...What's the part number for these?
Thanks
Matt

Hi Matt,
Those are called "Jib Hanks".
There are many different types.
The Hobie 16 "Jib Hank W Screw" is part no. 22090001

I knew I didn't have the correct term, thanks for the help.
The hanks I have have one screw on it, I suppose these will be similar enough, right?

That's right. They snap over the sail material and any internal wire, then you insert the screw to lock it in place. The hank is shown in the Hobie 16 section of the parts guide drawings. You wouldn't find it listed in the 14 drawings because it is not a standard part of a Hobie made (H14 Turbo) jib.
