What's best to inject resin into a delaminating hull using the fix from the hobie web site :?: Does hobie have some sort of tool / injector?

West marine makes a syringe for that purpose. However, everytime I went into my local store, they were sold out. I've also heard of using a horse syringe from a pet supply store. I simply used a ketchup squirt bottle (the clear picknick type). You can usually pick up a set of three at the dollar store. That worked for me, after a learning curve. Don't put too much in at once. As a test, I did half of my area on one hull. Then reloaded the bottle and finished the other half. Not thinking, I then mixed for a full amount and poured it into the bottle. I obviously did something very wrong because by the time I got half way done with the second hull, the epoxy started to harden and I couldn't hold onto the bottle 'cause it got very very hot. I guess I added to much hardener.

My recommendation is to do a little at a time. This is coming from a novice.
