Could someone give me an idea about how place a jib halyard in my H14T. I dont want to remove the mast each time. Thanks.

It would be a lot of work. You would basically have to create a system that operates like the H18 system. This would include having the jib modified to install a zipper along the luff sleeve, a cleat added to the jib to set the jib halyard tension, and the forestay would need to be modified to add a halyard sheave. This would be pretty expensive.

You would be a lot better off just buying a "snorkel" jib cover. They are hoisted using the main halyard and are installed over the jib when it's furled.

This is what I did to my H14:
I took the sidestays from a H16 and cut about 50cm off of them and then recrimped them.
They go from each bow up to a H16 halyard block.
The jib can still be furled without the forestay getting twisted in the jib.
