Hi All, The Town of Nags Head is considering improvements to their sound side access to better accommodate beach cats and kayaks. This includes a smooth sandy ramp and cradles and is intended for both locals and visitors. We have great water and no shortage of great wind. General Public Access has been limited however. Please respond if you think you would utilize a site here and what size boat you have. Thank You, Robert Netsch |

Hello Robert I would come to Nags Head several times a summer if the sound site you mention would open up. I have friends in Carrolton. Is it already available? I am considering a trip out there in a month and so far I am finding Currituck access. I have a Hobie 17 Let me know. Thanks for posting Michael |
