Puerto Penasco Mexico, sea of Cortez

I remember Hobie sailing used to be huge in Puerto Penasco (known as Rocky Point) back in 1975. Pictures from when I was little show the beach full of Hobies. While it isn't as popular, you can still see a few hobies down there on any given weekend and the Phoenix and Tucson Hobie Fleets have a regatta three times a year.
