I was planning to go to Edisto. Where exactly do you go there to launch and leave the trailer?
I know camping site is on the beach, but then you need to camp there... other places?

Hobie Cat 16 and 18 can be launched thru the public access points or at the campground
I launch my HC21 SE at the public landing and motor around to the beach

Try to go across the St Helana Sound to Otter Island at low tide. If you rent a house try the point or on the sound. The sound has little surf
Be sure to bring your beach wheels. Always carry a paddle. Try to surf boat at the sand bar off point.
