Post subject:  remove the frame from the hulls

I have a 14 hobie cat and I want to take the trampolene frame off of the hulls. I removed the bolts and two of them came right out but the other two are frozen in the holders with time and corrison. I put wd40 and oil around them but they want move at all. Does anyone have any suggistions on what to use?

You need penetrating oil ssuch as pb blaster. Spray it on and let it soak and respray over a few days.

+1

Take your time, and maybe tap bolt head lightly with a hammer while twisting if you can.

Is it the 2 bolts you cannot remove or the corner casting from the pylon? If the latter, I had to use a rubber mallet and hit on the corner casting upwards to remove it. It would only budge a hair at a time, but it would move. It's an awkward angle to hit, so you can hit to hard either.
