I have just purchased an FX1 17 and have a torn mainsail. I would like to repair it and also order a new sail. Where is the best place to get or have made a sail for the FX1 and or repair the old sail that is badly torn. Also interested in comments on the wings as I do not have them. |

We have brand new FX 1 mainsails in stock - just call toll free 1800hobie49 to order (they are smoke color and look awesome) part #F17530105 For repairs - it depends on what is wrong - sometimes if they are too old and worn out it doesn't pay to have them fixed. However, a good place is in Huntington Beach - Glaser Sailing (714-892-6700) http://www.glasersails.com/ Not sure where you are located - maybe there are other great lofts closer by - just do a Google search for sail lofts in your area. |
