Where I sail I could easily put a Getaway in a slip. Has there been any testing done to see if marine growth dislikes the hull material? Can the hull material hold bottom paint? (V-17) How UV stable are the hulls?

Dont do it, beach cats were not built for slips. It will take a toll on your boat a lot faster than normal use.
