Post subject:  A Rose between many thorns - Bumper Bash
The event is called Bumper Bash. It's an annual event on the Magothy River behind Dobbins Island (central Chesapeake Bay, just north of the Bay Bridge). There were a few sailboats anchored. I saw one other Gateway sailing around. There was a reggae band on one of the boats. There was an ice luge, a barge with beer pong, and plenty of girls that had gone wild. There must have been a couple of hundred boats. It's kinda like riding my Yamaha Road Star to biker events!

Here in the Delta we have Ski Beach. A place where girls have been known to go wild also!!!
Your Getaway looks set up for the occasion.
The best part...no matter what happens, you'll be able to find your boat afterwards.
