The black plastic ball upon which the base of the mast rests has broken. It screws onto a silver metal pin with threads How can I order a new one?
As to the #3156 Mast Stepper III system, how do I order a new adapter, i.e., the sleeve that slides into the sail slot and fits around the base of the mast?
Both the plastic ball and the adapter were broken when I attempted to raise the mast recently. Thanks.

You have to order through a dealer. You can find a dealer by clicking on "Dealer Finder" at the top of the page.
