I got one offer for 2009 used with wings x $6000 or a new one for $8,200 with wings.

Any other accessories for the 2009...they tend to add up very quickly.

Accessories are expensive!!! So, they should be considered in the decision.

If the accesories you get are the same, and unless the used one has been only barely used, I'd go for the new one. It'll provide you 3 more years of hazzle-free sailing. I have a 3 year old boat. I use it a lot and I take good care of it, but everything is getting a little worn down, the sail is getting more difficult to go up the track, and I'm sure little things will start to break eventually.
Has it been sailed in fresh water or salt water?

Boat don't like salt water (mine is also sailed in salt water). If you are planning on keeping it for a while (5+ years), I think it's well worth spending the extra cash to avoid hazzles for a longer period of time.
