I saw a post some time ago (couldn't find it today) about a guy that installed the jib tracks and cars from an Hobie 16. Do you think that this mod is worth the time and cost? I do sometimes feel I would like to get the jib closer in. Its hard to control the slot without the jib travelers.

I was trying to send you some pictures but HTML is off. Is there any other way to do it?

You can post images here if the image is hosted somewhere.

You need to have the "URL" of the image.

Use the function button located at the top of the post screen "Img" which gives you a code ""

the URL of the following image is: http://www.hobiecat.com/sailing/images/ ... _03_lr.jpg

Image issue: The specific image URL is needed, not the page. Right click an image and click properties for the image address / URL.

Worth adding jib tracks? Probably. You have found the need, so why not?
