Matt m. Is the forward most crossbar solid enough to use it as the anchor point to pull my Getaway up on to the trailor/ If not, could I anchor the winch strap under the mast and then run it UNDER the forward tramp and then OVER the forward crossbar to the winch for stability as I pull it on? Thoughts?

I winched from the front crossbar for 9 years without issue.

I winch from the front crossbar. It's very strong. I have a rope, though, that makes a triangle from where the hulls meet the crossbar.

I've winched the boat on and off the trailer both in water(not much strain) and onto the trailer from dry land. (lots of strain and leverage)
