I am on th verge of getting a Getaway but I am concerned that I will have issues with the slope where my driveway meets the road.

Does anyone have any diagrams, pictures or dimensions that show side view of a Getaway on a trailer?

On the factory trailer, the boat sits farther forward on the rollers. The tires are also larger. On mine I think the lowest point on an incline might be the mast float. If that were a problem its ez to raise on the rear crossbar. Your welcome to come over and check mine out, just give me a call.

Jeremy uses a slightly different trailer than the one Hobie supplies. I live in Fremont , if you would like to come take a look ,or anything else, let me know.

My driveway was a concern, being 25-30 degrees in incline. I have not had a problem backing it up or bringing the trailer down. I believe with the getaway sitting forward, and the angle of the stern, it helps minimize drag. :D
