I'd like to secure my Hobie Wave to a mooring bouy that is anchored to the bottom of a lake. During much of the week, the Wave would not be in use and remain secured to the mooring buoy. I've never purchased an anchor, or placed a permanent anchor before. Could anyone recommend a type or brand of anchor that I could use? Ideally, I would place anchor at the start of the summer, and remove in the Fall.

Thanks,
Maynard

The Wave is not meant to be anchored and left in the water too long. There are many posts about this subject if you do a search, but suffice it to say this would put too much stress on the rotating mast and all the stays, etc...
