I ordered a new Wave and took delivery of what I thought was a Classic, but obviously is the Club. Does anyone know of a difference besides the trampoline? Should I return it and insist on the Classic? Or does it really make a difference?

:D Suggest you keep the Club. Unless you plan on taking the boat apart often, the Club has a better tramp. We have five Waves in our program at Sail Sand Point in Seattle. Only one is a Classic, and the Club's tramps hold up much better. Other than that, the boats are nearly the same.

is that you can put the optional traveller kit on it. the classic version tramp wont allow it.

I could not differentiate the two, only the tramp ties are laced on the classic and cables are used on the club. Don't matter anyway! The boat is solid, fast, radical, easy and a total blast. I have sailed my classic now for a year and have never had any problems.

Other way around, classic now has anchors on tracks, and teh club has the laced. You can now get club tramp on a classic. Also the club has inspection ports.
