It kind of depends on how far you have to pull the boat. One old solution was 8" long or so sections of 1" PVC pipe tied to a piece of plastic or even a piece of plywood for each hull. The pipes are spaced about 6-8" apart for a run of 8' or so. Plywood is good over rocks or uneven ground, plastic sheet (think solid tramp material) is easy to roll up and store. The Line was passed through the middle of the pipe. The idea is that the pipes roll as you pull the boat over the top. Once you clear the section, just move it to the front of the boat and start again. In practice, the pipes don't roll too well, but the pipes offer lower friction than sand so the boat slides easier.
Or you could borrow wheels from a friend that sails at your site if possible.
