Out on Buffalo Lake yesterday with my Wave. Had a great time sailing with my 10 year old grandson, Max and his dad Jake. Winds were 20 to 25 mph with large waves. Max and I sailed through the largest waves over to the public beach. Then Jake and I went out and tried to stay on the windward side of the lake with less waves. Jake took over the tiller and on a downwind run must have thought he was driving a submarine. He practically buried the whole boat in a wave and we ended up capsizing. Luckily it's an easy boat to right and we survived with only the loss of Jake's sunglasses. What a great boat for these windy days!
