I have two Waves and one trailer. Is it safe to stack the boats while trailering? If so should I put plywood or something between them to spread out the load at the contact points? Besides it would be hard to pull two trailers at one time even if I had them.

Make sure your trailer is rated for the weight.

A couple of 2x4's and some carpet will keep the boats from hurting each other.
