It means you've got a new Wave, and all the seals are still intact!
That's the way it's supposed to be; the hulls are generally water-tight and air-tight. (The plastic doesn't mind expanding or contracting a bit with temperature.) Eventually with age, it may develop some leaks around the hatches under the seat pads, but you don't need to re-do them unless it's a real problem for you.
