Mirage Sport Fishing Version Stability

Hi. I'm really interested in buying the fishing version of the Mirage Sport and am wondering how
it stacks up in terms of stability. I've done some canoeing but no kayaking. I'd be using it on a small
lake in the NC mountains near Blowing Rock and Boone, so turbulence isn't really a problem. Any help
and thoughts would be really appreciated.

The Hobie Sport is an extremely stable boat. I weigh 185lbs and am 6'1" and it works very well for me. I stand up and fish off of it in calm conditions. It is a short boat, so if you are looking for additional speed step up to an Outback or Revolution, but otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about the Hobie Sport. The really nice thing about it is that it is light and very easy to handle. Good luck! I hope you get one.

my son and I tried the Sport, Outback, and Revolution. the Sport felt the least stable of the three, the Outback was the most stable of the three and the Revo was right in the middle. if you are at all tall the Sport will feel cramped too.
best advice is to try all of them before you buy
