Has anyone fished a multiple rod setup (4 to 6 rods) off of planer boards on their kayak?

I've got a Tandem Island on the way that I plan on outfitting for some serious offshore saltwater fishing...
Trying to plan out a configuration to run a downrigger or planer boards or both.
Looking to hear from someone who might have some experience with this.
