| Post subject: | DFG warnings - no clean fish to eat? |
I glanced through the 2006 California DFG regs for fresh and ocean fishing. Everything had these warnings against eating more than a meal or two a week of fish, etc., and many warnings that children and pregnant women should not eat any or more than one meal per week. (I guess adult males can eat and who cares if they die.) So, where do I have to move or fish to get clean fish, crabs, clams, scallops, etc.? Is it possible to find unrestricted, wholesome fish that can be eaten without restriction in California? Oregon? Washington? Alaska? Canada? Antarctica? |
