I'm anxiously waiting for my new Oasis to get here & am looking forward to setting it up. I am hoping to have secure storage inside the hull if possible. First of all, I didn't know if the hull was open from bow to stern?? If it is, has anyone used flexible PVC tubing http://www.flexiblepvc.net/Flexible_PVC ... ewhite.htm to store 9 foot fly rods with reels? Although I will keep the rods out in scotty mounts while fishing in most areas, I'd like the option of storing them away in the hull as well. Anyone's experience with this or a similar solution would be appreciated!

Well I finally got around to posting pics of my fly rod storage. By the way, this isn't meant for taking rods in and out while on the water. I use traditional scotty mounts for that. I do mostly river fishing and this aspect of the storage is for securely moving from one location to another then choosing which rod to use at my next stop down river. Dry fly, nymph, streamer, etc.... I just don't like more than 2 rods out at a time....

That rod looked like a Sage LL. One of my fav trout rods.

Those were actually a couple of Sage XP rods. I love the LLs as well.
