It looked like you might have some flotation but it was hard to tell from the video. Once again, that was a cool video! I would love to see more. I miss fishing for toothy fish. |

Hurricane Sandy has put a damper on prime Fall Musky fishing on the Detroit River. Even after the heavy winds subside Wednesday or Thursday we will need some stable weather with South or Southwest winds for a few days to clear the water up. I am still hoping to land a 50"er this year. |

That is so relaxed compared to the speed jigging we do for Tuna/Amberjack/KingMackerel, yet the fight looks just as fun after the hook-set. Thanks for sharing. |

Went out on Tuesday in some ugly weather and got skunked. Going out again this weekend to target Muskie in the Kayak. There have been some big hogs caught in the last 7 days in the areas we are fishing. A couple 55", 53" 52" 50" and many in the high 40s, all very fat fall fish. We are going out again this weekend with a TV crew to get some footage for "Fishing Adventurer". Hopefully we can hook up with one of those over 50 slobs. The host Cyril Chauquet is fishing in a Hobie Revolution. |
