Finally managed to get out to the Lagoon this past Sunday for Father's Day and fish early morning. The weather finally improved after having some windy and stormy days this past week. It was hot.....it was humid......and the bugs were out of control. Luckily the fish were there and they were hungry. Hungry enough to stick around even after hooking up a couple of fish and pulling them out of some large schools. Didn't seem like it mattered much what type or color lure we used....they were hitting everything.
