I have a Hobie Livewell that's leaking at the front seam. It doesn't appear the livewells are made from PE. Any suggestions on a durable patch?

I had the same problem with mine. It appears to be a 2 PART construction at the middle and the seem seperates. Try plastic welding it. I plugged all the holes and converted it to an aerated tank. I used silicone with patches and then sprayed the out side with Rustoleums Seal it. it comes in clear ,black ,and white.

They are PE. They are a single piece... blow molded. The line you see is a mold parting line. There is a possibility the air pressure blew a hole or made a thin spot. How old are these?

You can ask a dealer to file a claim. See what our warranty department might do?
