When fish are hungry and you are in the zone.....they will hit almost anything. That said, I just went out yesterday morning and ran into a large school of Redfish that just wouldn't go away. I caught a total of five Reds and a couple of Trout....different sizes on different lures. Tried some top water and soft plastic DOA or Bass Assassin lures in different colors. Everything I'd put in front of them they would take. Love it when they don't refuse to come out and play.
