Hi guys,it's taken me about 11 years but I've finally reached the top of the tree regarding kayaks and I'm chuffed to bits! I haven't been out on my new ride yet as my vans off the road with an engine problem and I'm currently full of cold and am chomping at the bit to wet my yak :(
The Outback I got is an older model but has never seen water as far as I can tell and is going to get owned this summer I can assure you! I came here looking for advice so will be asking questions soon.

Just saying hi for now :)

Andy

Hi Andy,

Welcome aboard!
The Outback is a great Hobie to start out kayaking in.......post your questions as you learn about your new ride.
What is the model year of your Outback?

I thought I would post this link on a fellow who bought and rigged an Outback: http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=47140 Thought you might enjoy it; they are great kayaks.
