Thanks Hobie for setting up the forum. I am very happy with my Revolution, couldnt ask for anything more. Well, maybe one other thing. A Mirage drive friendly forum in Socal. For whatever reason, most of the active Hobie Mirage fishing forums are from the East Coast. Locally, there is a lot of hating re: the mirage drive. Odd, since Hobie is based in Socal.

Anywho, happy to hang where birds of the same feather hang.

Must be a combination of fear and envy. There are a lot of "marketing" kind of posts in forums. Reps, distributors, dealers and just zellous users of competetive kayak products. I find that in sailing forums as well. When they can go un challenged they can be pretty brutal and spread untruths.

I have hopped in to the pedal / paddle topic you were in.
