I am near the ocean (South Florida) but none of the species I catch have such unique coloring to the flesh |

That comment has come up a lot in response to the fillet pics. Even my mother said there's no way she would eat them. It's funny though b/c no one would ever know once they're cooked!! LOL |

So maybe you all have eaten that blue meat that turns white when cooked. |
