The part number for the kit I used is 81391002. Looking at the one that I will use for my wife's kayak, I remembered that it only included two screws and nuts (you will need four) for the turning blocks because on the Adventure, two existing screws are used for the turning block on the starboard side. The screws provided are round head phillips, but I substituted flat head phillips screws that I had so that I could countersink them for a cleaner installation.

I'll get some pictures up soon, along with a guide for installation.
