Comes in a regular caulk gun cartridge or a smaller 'glue tube' sized pack with a 'twist to roll up the tube' squeeze mechanism and a smaller caulk nozzle. If all you want it for is to seal up a couple of bolt holes either pack would provide you so much goop as to be complete overkill for that application (as would be a whole cartridge of silicone sealant) & personally I wouldn't bother too much unless the bolt holes are permanently immersed - the amount of water ingress you will get is likely to be pretty small.
I am not sure what nitrile gloves are but basically I have found wearing gloves to be far from ideal - this stuff has mind-boggling qualities of adhesion, a mind of its own and a nasty habit of spreading everywhere once it gets anywhere it is not meant to be - gloves of any sort on your hands prevent you from feeling it getting onto you and make cleaning it off more difficult (because they tend to slide about when when you are trying to wipe it off and you can't feel it if you have missed a bit).
It is a great sealant - I would guess one of, if not the best - I have used it for years on a number of boats, have found its sealing properties indispensible and consequently have formed something of a love hate relationship with it. Ideal for a marine application to bond/seal on a semi-permanent to permanent basis two surfaces of hard-to-bond-with materials where a slightly flexible seal is required - i.e. a poly kayak hull. The downside is that it can be a real messy blighter to use & is quite pricey.
