Disclaimer, sorry no video this time, I got lazy.

I went out yesterday to sail my Revo11 about a half mile from shore (Atlantic side). I brought a rod with me to try trolling since I knew I would be close enough (yet far enough) from shore to be in the "mackerel zone". It was a boring day so I'll give you the cliff notes:

- Wind died down from forecast and sadly 5mph wind speed did not translate into sufficient forward speed for trolling AND navigating 1-2ft waves. I had to pedal more than I anticipated. I'm hoping to try next time its forecasting consistent 10mph wind.
- Kayak and sail worked well offshore, but don't try this without stabilizers!
- I only got one strike on the trolling rod, but it was not possible to quickly furl my sail to bring in the fish so I just let it flap in the wind (annoying and bad for the sail).
- The Hobie furler, when placed above the hatch, is just frustrating! It requires quite a bit of effort and patience to furl/unfurl. Next weekend I am moving the furler 1.5-2 inches lower to see if it will aide in smoother furling action and to see how inaccessible this will make the front hatch.

I will make a video of before and after to see if the furler works better in a lower position.

Side note, there really aren't too many videos of people sailing the Revolution 11. I hope to get another video together soon.
