I just got my kayak sail kit in the mail. Didn't come with any instructions on how to use it. Can I keep it in the paddle holder and then when I'm ready to use it just install or is this too hard to do? Any videos/instructions on how to do this?

Here's the instructions for the non-inflatable Mirage boats.

Some members carry their sails/masts in the paddle holder. Most use a loop to keep the forward portion close to the hull. Search the forums and you will find photos.

We had a Sport that we sailed a couple of years ago; here's a link to my blog postings about it if you're interested.

Cool blog Mitch! Just got back from sailing out in the Pacific Ocean. I was amazed on how it handled. I actually feel guilty for sailing it, cause I got it for working out. Can't wait to take it out next week.

Glad you like the blog - we have a lot of content related to the Sport, Outback, Revo and Tandem Island on it.

Don't feel guilty - in the right conditions sailing these boats is just as good for you as working out: it is a workout for the soul rather than one for the muscles.
