Does anyone know how to get a hold of the manufacturer to order a deflector. :?: Tried the Australians and the USA dealer and they DO NOT reply to emails. I have an Adventure with sidekicks and sail, I think a deflector would work great for venturing to choppy waters off the Miami coast.

Apologies...multi-tasking doesn't always work... I meant to write SPIRIT CTR Wave Deflector...product designed by Spirit Paddle Sports. Australia. Great company at home in Australia, but their marketing leaves a lot to be desired, perhaps they are not interested in selling to the US ?? or is it just that product..who knowns but neither their US dealer nor them reply to emails.

Look up their web site and a video about and Adventure Island using the deflector in rough waters...nice!

Update..found a bunch of blogs of people trying to get the same information to no avail. There seems to be interest in the contraption.

I think Ed17 us referring to an Adventure Island spray shield??? I know these are on ebay but I'm also sure your local Hobie dealer will also sell these.
Ed17 this is the Hobie Cat forum section so repost your question in the Islands/Kayak section here: http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=69
