Just saw this older post of your jib sail and thought I would share what I did on my jib. My jib looks almost identical to yours, except I mounted my amas in front instead of behind. This did two very good things; you can through-bolt the main support bar instead of using well nuts and second the side stays can be attached to the ends of the amas, at the float attachment. This gives a much wider triangle and much more mast support. This has really worked well for me.

Take a look at KFS site and check that hydrovision fin attached to the amas..that would be great if you figured a way to get that going for a trial on AI ama.
