What about the PA latine-style sail for a foresail on the AI?
Because it mounts to the prow and doesnt need a line from the top of the mast nothing will be stressed and the PA sail can sail across wind so it can be a Spinnaker downwind hauled out to the opposite side of the boat to the mainsail and can be like a Jib when at 90 deg to the wind?

I have one of these in the 1.5 metre (16sqft) size but they go up to 22 sq ft. They work great when you dont want to use the outriggers but have a compact easily-deployed sail handy if a propitous breeze arrives.[/img]
