Can someone please explain to me how you get your Hobie 20 off of your trailer and onto your beach wheels for putting your boat in at a beach? Is there a technique? Are there any beach wheels that you would prefer over others? What should I look for when purchasing beach wheels? Can you store these things on your trailer?

you will need the beach wheels with cradles. position the whels on the ground behind your boat on the trailer slide the boat as far back as you can with the boat still on the trailer support the weight of the boat and position the wheels approx at the side stays and continue to roll the boat off the trailer.

To add to the above post-

You will almost certainly want to tie the wheels to the shroud anchor points. It's easiest to position the wheels when you have at least two people although it can be done alone. If you're working in a parking lot or anywhere other than grass or soft sand, you will probably want to put some type of padding on the ground at the stern of the boat. I find it easiest to take the wheels on and off the boat when the boat is floating in the water and that it's easiest to do so from the bow rather than the stern(except when taking the boat on/off the trailer). The wheels can be stored on the trailer. You can either put them under the boat (you may have to move the boat box over) or you can put them up across the decks in front of the front crossbar. Wheels with inflatable tires work best, the most popular are Catrax or Rolleez.
