I took a good look at a H20 for sale. I looked at each hull stem to stern. There are a few small spider cracks near the cross members but otherwise almost everything is nice and strong. The one area I have a concern about is the top of the hulls between the forward cross bar and dagger board slot. Both hulls have spider cracks that run across hull side to side. The cracks are in two places each hull, about an inch or so back from cross member, and again an inch or so forward of dagger board slot. If I put my palm on the center of this section and push down with great effort I can get the area to flex a bit. I can't get this kind of flex anywhere else on the tops of either hull except this one location on each side. Is this normal? Is this a serious issue? Could this be repaired by putting in an access port and then re-inforcing the area from inside? Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, jim

Sounds like a foam / glass delamination... We have an FAQ answer on this: http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1156
