Will the one piece H18 gudgeons fit on the H20? Mine seem pretty worn and I was looking at going to a 1 piece gudgeon if possible.

I think it would work since both boats use the same lower rudder casting, but you will probably have to drill all new mounting holes. My recollection is that the H20 gudgeon is a bit wider than the 18 gudgeon. It would probably be a matter of filling all the existing holes and drilling all new holes. That wouldn't be too difficult though since you have an access port right there. I believe the Tiger used the same one-piece gudgeon, so you would have the same system as that.

Got it done, Still have to finish touching up the gelcoat but overall it was a pretty easy swap.

Feels so nice not to have all that slop between the castings and the gudgeons. The upgrade was pretty straight forward; the toughest part was making sure the new gudgeons were centered on each hull, perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other.

Here's few pics of how it turned out.

That looks legit. That upgrade is on my "list".

One other mod I forgot to mention was having to remove some of the material from the lower casting, The casting would not quite fit on the new gudgeon because of the inserts installed on the gudgeon. I removed about a 1/16" from the topside of the lower portion of the casting so it would fit. I checked a set of H18 castings and they had the same issue.
