You'll need to go through your dealer to get a class-legal sail. I'm not sure what the options are for a custom color 20 jib. I'm not even sure who makes them anymore. I know Hobie Cat subs out the mains (and has for a while). Theoretically, as long as the same material is available in colors, you should be able to get one made.

It's going to cost you $$$$.

If you can have it made, the smoke cloth is lighter weight and will die more quickly than the stock cloth.

"Class Legal" i'm assuming you do hobie only racing? If you bought a EP smoke colored jib only because you cant get one any other way i doubt anyone would care unless you were beating everyone at every race. The only class races for Hobie 20's i know of is hosted in northern California and had to be postponed a year plus mid-winters. If you have a lot of trouble i'd just buy a nice matching jib no matter who makes it, then whip out the class legal white jib for racing. The jib on my H20 is getting tired and i'll be in the market for a new one next season but i'll never be able to match one to my stock main. The plain white is just way too bland for me  If you look closely at my jib not even the colors in the corners match anything on the main. I may have to just plop down several grand to order a matched set from Rooke here in town. Great people :)

Factory sail is about $900 and only white (just bought one). I had a custom Jib made for my 20 last year at SLO Sail and Canvas in San Luis Obispo Ca that was colored. Much less $$ but I can't race it. It sits most of the time but it's a bitchin sail.
